Cupcake Candy

For the serious cupcake enthusiast (i.e, myself), these little miniature cupcake candies have a filling of cupcake mixed with icing, dunked in chocolate and frosted with melted candy bark, sprinkles and a mini m&m. Moist and gooey on the inside, rich and sweet on the outside. No one can say no to these babies, as we discovered when I made them for my niece Kiley's fifth birthday. They were almost as adorable as she is!
