I had to check the back of this cherub for wings; she was that precious! She was so sleepy but patiently cooperated with me long enough to give me the opportunity to catch a few shots of her face before crying for her binky. What a squeezable, lovable little peanut she is!

For the serious cupcake enthusiast (i.e, myself), these little miniature cupcake candies have a filling of cupcake mixed with icing, dunked in chocolate and frosted with melted candy bark, sprinkles and a mini m&m. Moist and gooey on the inside, rich and sweet on the outside. No one can say no to these babies, as we discovered when I made them for my niece Kiley's fifth birthday. They were almost as adorable as she is!

How much happier can an orchard get when the wild apple trees become a colorful riot of greens, pinks, and reds?! I couldn't miss the opportunity to snap a few shots of my three-year-old niece Caroline one evening as we took a trek for a close-up look at the trees. She loved the apples (and weeds) and I loved how the evening sun cast a dreamy light on her, making her look like an apple fairy.
